The PRS Grad Class of 2012 will be hosting their annual Womanless Pageant, where ten grade 12 boys will participate in a beauty pageant/talent show. The pageant begins at 7 p.m. and promises to be very entertaining.

The Moncton Miracles in partnership with Moncton Kiwanis and Riverview Minor Basketball Associations are excited to announce their summer Basketball Academy for 2012. The Academy will offer a focus on fundamental basketball skill development and integrating those skills into a team concept. We want each player to improve individually and develop a passion for the game. Each session will be for three hours each day over the five days of camp and will maximize the opportunities for player development.

PRS Theatre Arts production of Teens' Company has been postponed until Tuesday, December 6th at 7pm.

Petitcodiac Regional School placed 4th in New Brunswick on the 9th Annual AIMS Report Card on Atlantic Canadian High Schools released this week. PRS improved their performance from a B+ rating to an A- and is actually ranked 2nd as two of the schools with a higher ranking no longer exist. Community connections, sponsored by the Petitcodiac Kiwanis Club, is an event where businesses, organizations, clubs, and service groups all come together to showcase what they have to offer youth, families, seniors and individuals of Petitcodiac and surrounding areas. We take this opportunity to invite you to particiapte in our event.

Nominations for the Minister's Excellence in Teaching Award are open for the 2010-11 school year. The award recognizes and honours dynamic educators (administrators, teachers) who have displayed outstanding skills in supporting the needs of learners at the school, district and/or provincial level. One recipient will be named in each Anglophone school district. Nominations may be submitted by individuals or groups in the nominee's school district.

Deadline for nominations is September 30, 2011.
